The lounge area is very spacious, with a large rug and plenty of comfortable seating (one of the settees is a bed-settee for occasional extra guests).
The dining area has a solid oak refectory table, which can seat up to 8 people and overlooks the patio through French doors.
The Farmhouse pine kitchen has integrated appliances and is very well equipped with an excellent selection of Maxwell Williams white table and cookware, a variety of glassware, stainless steel pans and small electrical equipment and Stellar cutlery and knife block.
A pine staircase leads upstairs: Two bedrooms, one twin and a very large double bedroom, house bathroom. In all rooms the floor is pine boarded with scatter rugs. All the beds have super soft, luxurious, down-like, micro-fibre duvets and pillows and quality white or cream bed linen. White towelling gowns and slippers can be provided, if requested.
The master double room is luxurious and romantic and has an en-suite shower room with power shower, wash basin, toilet and shaver point. A second fully glazed door leads onto a balcony (at the top of the outside traditional, stone staircase) and boasts the most amazing view over Lady Hill and across the valley, towards The North Yorkshire Moors.
The twin room is tastefully decorated with delicate stenciling and the beds can be put together to make a large double.
The bathroom has a white suite with gold fittings, bath with power shower over, WC, washbasin and shaver point. Towels are thick and plentiful.
Outside: Courtyard with private parking, patio and garden area with garden furniture, with parasol and a large walled meadow, making a very safe area for children to play, or for others to sit and admire the breath taking views. A variety of fresh herbs for guests to use, are grown in the garden and in pots outside the cottage.
